Access to the “Status by Category” panel — and the entire organizational Overview screen within the EPICompliance Customer Console is limited to users with elevated administrative credentials.
This includes:
• Account Administrators
• License Administrators
• License Managers
These user roles have the appropriate permissions and visibility rights to view organization-wide compliance data across all active modules (e.g., OSHA for Healthcare, HIPAA Security, HIPAA Privacy, and ACA/OIG – Medicare).
The Overview page and its related features are part of the administrative view, designed specifically for users who manage compliance programs and monitor performance across departments or locations.
Standard basic user have access to "My Dashboard," which displays their own individual courses, certifications, and compliance progress.
This role-based access structure ensures each user sees the information most relevant to their responsibilities within the organization.
