Utilizing Reports and Reminders in EPICompliance Course Administration

This article guides you through utilizing the Reports and Reminders functionalities within the Course Administration section of your EPICompliance dashboard. These features are exclusively available to Account Administrators, License Administrators, and License Managers.

 

Accessing the Course Administration Reports.

  1. Log in to your EPICompliance Customer Console.
  2. Locate the menu icon represented by three horizontal lines (usually) in the top right corner of your dashboard.
  3. Click on the menu icon to display a list of options.
  4. select the Course Administration section from the menu options and click Reports.

Understanding Course Administration Reports.

The Reports tab serves as a powerful tool for monitoring your team's training progress. Here's what you can achieve:

  • Gain Insights into User Training:
    • User Enrollment: The Reports tab displays a table with user data, including User Name and Course Name. This allows you to see which users are enrolled in specific courses.
    • Completion Progress: The table also displays the Status for each user-course combination (e.g., Not Started, Pending Initial, Certified). This helps you track user progress in their assigned courses.
    • Certification and Location Details (if applicable): The Reports tab also displays Certification Due dates and Location information for users.

 

Sending Course Reminders (Optional).

To further support training completion rates and ensure timely certification, you can send reminders directly from the Reports tab:

  1. Select a User: From the Reports screen, click on the user’s name to view their individual profile.
  2. Send Reminder: Find and click the "Send Course Reminder" button on the screen. This action triggers a reminder to the user, prompting them to continue or complete their assigned courses.

 

By leveraging these functionalities within your EPICompliance dashboard, you can enhance the efficiency of your training administration and support your team in meeting their compliance training goals effectively.
