- Begin by logging into your EPICompliance Customer Console using your designated credentials.
- Open the Menu:
- Click the menu icon, which appears as three horizontal lines in the top right corner of your dashboard.
- Locate the Document Management Section:
- Find and select the 'Document Management Center' listed under the 'Utilities' section in the menu display.
Understanding the Document Management Interface.
Upon accessing the Document Management Center, you will be presented with several options to view and manage your documents:
- View Options:
- List View: Displays documents in a list format.
- Card View: Shows documents in a card-style layout, making it easy to visualize document types and statuses.
- Folders and Categories:
- Specific folders for different compliance categories such as ACA/OIG - Medicare, HIPAA Privacy, HIPAA Security, OSHA for Healthcare, Account Documents, and User Documents.
- Each folder contains subfolders and files, provided your organization has already added these items.
- Document Management Functions:
- Add New Folder: Create new folders to organize your documents better.
- Document Upload: Easily upload documents by dragging and dropping files into the designated area or using the file chooser. Supported formats include JPG, PDF, and DOCX, with a maximum size limit of 10MB per file.
