Monitoring User Training Progress in EPICompliance Course Administration

This article guides you through using the Course Administration tools within your EPICompliance dashboard to monitor user training progress. This functionality, available only to Account Administrators, License Administrators, and License Managers, allows you to see how your team is doing with their assigned courses and send reminders if needed.

 

Accessing Course Administration:

  1. Log in to your EPICompliance account.
  2. Locate the menu icon represented by three horizontal lines (usually) in the top right corner of your dashboard.
  3. Click on the menu icon to display a list of options.
  4. From the menu options, select "Course Administration."

 

Understanding the Course Administration Section:

The Course Administration section provides three main tabs to help you manage user training:

  • Summary: This tab offers a visual overview of your account's training activity using graphs. It displays information on user enrollment and completion status for assigned courses.
  • Reports: This tab allows you to generate detailed reports on user training activity. You can filter reports by various criteria to gain specific insights.
  • All Courses: This tab provides a complete list of all courses available within your account or license. It includes details about each course and user assignment status.
