Can I edit or delete a comment after posting it on a compliance task in EPICompliance?

Currently, comments added to compliance tasks in EPICompliance cannot be edited or deleted once submitted.

Comments are saved when you click the Publish button to complete or update a compliance task.
Once published, the comment becomes a permanent part of that task’s record and is visible to all users with access to the task.
Since only one comment can be posted per task, it’s important to ensure your note is clear, accurate, and complete before submitting.

Note: Comments serve as part of the compliance documentation process. Be thoughtful when writing your update, as it cannot be modified after posting.

This approach supports accountability and maintains a consistent audit trail within the compliance task workflow.
