In the event that a User without an email address is added into a License, the User can log in to the system by utilizing the User Identifier (UI) as username, and the temporary password.
Upon adding a User (with or without an email address) into the EPICompliance Customer Console, a notification containing the newly added User's Username, User Identifier (UI), and the temporary password will be sent via an email to the account's Administrator and License Administrators. The Account Administrator can then inform the respective User of this log in credentials to access the EPICompliance Customer Console.
