  1. Review the Terms of Service Agreement: You’ll see this right away. It’s important to read through the Terms of Service Agreement carefully to understand how EPICompliance works and your responsibilities as a user. Once you’re comfortable with the terms, click “Accept” to move forward.
  2. Sign the HIPAA Agreement: Next, you’ll need to sign the HIPAA Agreement. This is crucial for protecting healthcare information. Look for the “Sign Agreement” button to sign these documents electronically. This step ensures that you're aligned with privacy and security standards from the get-go.
  3. Proceed to the Customer Console Dashboard: After signing the necessary agreements, you’ll see a “Continue” button at the bottom of the page. Clicking this takes you to the Customer Console dashboard. This dashboard is your new command center for all things related to compliance management in your organization. From here, you can start exploring the tools and resources available to support your compliance journey.
