In this scenario, may we suggest the following steps to help resolve the issue:
- Make sure you have not skipped any of the Course slides.
- Hard refresh your screen by clicking on Ctrl + F5 buttons at the same time. Once, this is done, click the button on the lower part of your screen that indicates to "Proceed to take the test."
- If after steps 1 and 2, you are still unable to take the test, try logging out from the customer console, reload/refresh the page on your browser, and then log back into the EPICompliance Customer Console. Proceed to the specific course, and attempt to take the test.
