Sending course reminders is a straightforward process in EPICompliance, designed to help you support your team's training completion rates and ensure timely certification. This feature is available to Account Administrators, License Administrators, and License Managers. Here’s how you can send reminders:
Steps to Send Course Reminders.
- Log In to EPICompliance:
- Log in to your EPICompliance Customer Console.
- Locate the menu icon represented by three horizontal lines (usually) in the top right corner of your dashboard.
- Click on the menu icon to display a list of options.
- select the Course Administration section from the menu options and click Reports.
- Select a User to Remind:
- In the Reports tab, you'll find a table displaying user data, including User Name and Course Name. Locate and click on the user’s name to access their individual profile. This step is essential for sending personalized reminders.
- Send the Reminder:
- Once on the user’s profile, look for the "Send Course Reminder" button. Clicking this button will trigger a reminder to the user, prompting them to continue or complete their assigned courses.
Automatic Reminder System.
In addition to manual reminders, the EPICompliance Customer Console system automatically sends out course reminders to all active users at least two months before the expiration or due date of their training certification. This automated feature ensures that users are well aware of the upcoming deadlines and can plan their re-certification accordingly.
What Happens Next?
After sending a reminder, the user will receive a notification prompting them to log into their dashboard and continue with their training. This helps maintain the momentum of their learning process and ensures they are on track for certification.
