How do I change my Password?

There are two ways to change your password, depending on which scenario you are in. 

  1. If you happen to forgot your password, you can do the following to change your password.

2.  If you are logged into the EPICompliance Customer Console and wanted to change your password, you may do the following:
  • Click on the upper right part of your screen, where your username and UIN are located.
  • From there, click on "Profile." 
  • Then on your screen you will see Password > Change Password.
