Overview of Automatic Course Enrollment.
When you add a user to your account and license, they automatically gain access to all mandatory compliance training courses. These courses include (1) HIPAA Privacy, (2) HIPAA Security, (3) ACA-OIG Medicare & Healthcare Billing, and (4) OSHA for Healthcare with Bloodborne Pathogens Training.
Steps to Assign Training Automatically.
- Add a New User: Simply add the new user to your EPICompliance account and assign them to the appropriate license. This step is crucial as it determines which courses the user will see when they log in.
- User Login: Once added, the user can log into the EPICompliance customer console. They will find all four compliance training courses available on their dashboard, ready to be accessed and completed at their convenience.
Customizing Course Access.
While the default setting ensures users automatically receive all relevant courses, depending on your organization’s preference, you might want to customize which courses a user should see:
- During User Addition: When adding a user, you have the option to customize their course enrollments. This might include opting out of specific courses if they are not relevant to the user’s role or your organizational requirements.
- Modify Courses for Users: If you need to change the course access for a user after they have been added, you can adjust their course enrollments through the User Management section of the dashboard.
