How do I add a comment to a compliance task in EPICompliance?

The Task Comments feature in EPICompliance allows users to leave brief updates or notes directly on a task. This helps document progress, share key information, and keep your team aligned.

 

To add a comment:

  1. Log into your EPICompliance account.
  2. Go to the Tasks section from the main menu.
  3. Click on the specific task you want to comment on.
  4. Scroll to the Comments area, located near the bottom of the task details page.
  5. Type your note or update in the comment box.
  6. Click Publish when finalizing the task. Your comment will be saved automatically at that time.

Important Reminders:

  • Comments cannot be edited or deleted once published.
  • Please double-check your comment before submitting, as it becomes part of the permanent task history.
  • All users with access to the task will be able to view the comment you add.

This feature ensures transparency and helps maintain a clear record of all task-related actions and updates.
