- Navigate to Forms & Policies: Click on the menu icon to open a list of options, then select "Forms & Policies" from the menu.
- Select the Specific Module: Choose from the available module options such as HIPAA Privacy, HIPAA Security, ACA/OIG-Medicare, and OSHA for Healthcare.
- Access Specific Policies and Forms: For example, if you select "HIPAA Security Policies and Forms," you'll be directed to a new screen displaying detailed options like:
- Policies: A list of policy documents.
- PDF Forms: Available PDF form templates.
- Online Forms: Forms available for completion online.
- View Details: Each item listed (Policy, PDF Form, or Online Form) includes details such as Name, Description, and Legal Reference to help you find the specific document you need.
