Checking the Action Center

There are multiple areas of healthcare compliance regimes that require mandatory positive actions to be taken. We handle this in our Action Center. These items are indicate numbers in red when they have not been completed yet.

In addition, the Action Center will notify Account Administrators of any pertinent changes and/or notifications to your account such as:
  • addition of a new User
  • monthly Security Reminders
  • notifications on Monthly Checklist
  • change of passwords
  • updated to template forms and policies

To access the Action Center, click the bell icon, or the Action Center tab from the Customer Console.  Click on specific notification to read details and follow directions and/or recommendations respectively.
