Can my training certificate be sent to a different email address?

Certificates are automatically emailed to the address registered to your EPICompliance account at the time of course completion.

If you need the certificate to go to a different email address (for example, if you've changed jobs or are using a new address), you can:

  • Update your email address in your profile before completing the course, or
  • Contact your EPICompliance administrator to request an update in advance.

Important: The system uses the email on file at the moment you complete the course. If the email is outdated, the certificate will still be available in your EPICompliance account under Completed Courses, where you can download it at any time.

If needed, and if you are unable to access your account, you may also contact EPICompliance Support to request a manual re-send of your certificate.
