Can I edit or delete a comment after posting it on a compliance task in EPICompliance?

Currently, comments added to compliance tasks in EPICompliance cannot be edited or deleted once submitted.

  • Comments are saved when you click the Publish button to complete or update a compliance task.
  • Once published, the comment becomes a permanent part of that task’s record and is visible to all users with access to the task.
  • Since only one comment can be posted per task, it’s important to ensure your note is clear, accurate, and complete before submitting.

Note: Comments serve as part of the compliance documentation process. Be thoughtful when writing your update, as it cannot be modified after posting.

This approach supports accountability and maintains a consistent audit trail within the compliance task workflow.
