Why does the Incident Center show counts for different statuses?
In the EPICompliance Customer Console, the Incident Center dashboard displays counts for New, Overdue, Open, and Closed incidents.
These counts give administrators a quick snapshot of workload and priorities.
Being able to filter by status helps teams focus on what needs attention first while maintaining visibility into resolved issues.
