Why am I seeing the Incident Center but can’t edit anything?
In the EPICompliance Customer Console, editing access depends on your role and the incident’s status.
If an incident is Closed, it becomes read-only for all users.
If you do not have an administrative or compliance role, editing options may not appear.
These controls help ensure incidents are handled by authorized users and protected from accidental changes.
