Who can access the Incident Center in EPICompliance?
In the EPICompliance Customer Console, access to the Incident Center is restricted to administrators and designated compliance officers.
The Incident Center is an admin-only workspace used to manage reported incidents and investigations.
Basic users and employees typically do not see this area and instead submit reports through Help > Whistleblower Reporting.
This separation helps protect sensitive information while ensuring incidents are handled by the appropriate team.
