Where are documents related to incidents stored?
In the EPICompliance Customer Console, documents uploaded to incidents are stored in a dedicated incident folder within the Document Management Center.
Only administrators and compliance officers can access this folder.
Each document is linked to its associated incident and tracked in the audit log.
This structure keeps supporting files organized and tied to the correct record.
