What should I do if I didn’t receive my training certificate email?

If you’ve completed a course in EPICompliance but haven’t received your completion certificate email, try the following steps:

  • Check your spam or junk folder in case the email was filtered.
  • Confirm that your email address is correct by reviewing your user profile in EPICompliance.
  • Allow a few minutes for delivery, as email processing times may vary slightly.
  • If the certificate still hasn’t arrived, contact EPICompliance Support for assistance.

Tip: You can also download your certificate directly from the Completed Courses section in the system at any time.
