- Confirm that your email address is correct by reviewing your user profile in EPICompliance.
- Allow a few minutes for delivery, as email processing times may vary slightly.
- If the certificate still hasn’t arrived, contact EPICompliance Support for assistance.
Tip: You can also download your certificate directly from the Completed Courses section in the system at any time.
