What is the Incident Center in EPICompliance?

In the EPICompliance Customer Console, the Incident Center is an administrative area found under Utilities > Incident Center, used by administrators and compliance officers.

An incident is a documented report of a safety, compliance, or operational issue that may involve patients, staff, or workplace processes.

The Incident Center is where incidents are reviewed, assigned, updated, and resolved by authorized users.

This centralized view allows organizations to track concerns from initial report through resolution while maintaining clear documentation for accountability and audits.
