The Hepatitis B Vaccination Acknowledgement is a required confirmation step for all users assigned an EPICompliance Pro and Premium Account-License. Since every Pro and Premium Account-License includes the OSHA training module, this acknowledgement ensures that users formally indicate their vaccination status as part of occupational health and safety compliance.
As part of the acknowledgment, users must:
- Confirm they have received the Hepatitis B vaccine, or
- Decline the vaccine and acknowledge the risks associated with non-vaccination
This acknowledgment is required during the license assignment process and helps organizations maintain proper documentation in alignment with OSHA guidelines.
