What does “Open” status mean in the Incident Center?

In the EPICompliance Customer Console > Incident Center, “Open” indicates that an incident is actively being worked on by an administrator or compliance officer.

An Open incident means review, investigation, or documentation is in progress.

While an incident is Open:

  • Details can be edited
  • Documents can be uploaded or replaced
  • Comments and assignments can be updated

This status reflects that the issue is under active management.
