What does “New” status mean in the Incident Center?

In the EPICompliance Customer Console, “New” is an incident status shown in the Incident Center.

A New incident is one that has been reported but has not yet had administrative action started.

New incidents may be unassigned and awaiting review.

This status helps compliance teams quickly identify which reports still need attention.
