Yes a User can still log into the system even if an email was not included during the process of adding the said User into the License. This can be done by utilizing the Username, or User Identification Number (UIN), and the temporary password.
A notification containing the Username, or User Identification Number (UIN), and the temporary password will be sent via the Action Center & News in the EPICompliance Customer Console. The Account Administrator can then inform the intended User of this log in credentials so as to be able to access the EPICompliance system.
