Once you successfully complete a course in EPICompliance, your training completion certificate will be delivered to you through the following methods:
- The system will automatically generate your certificate upon course completion.
- It will be sent to your registered email address within moments. Make sure your email on file is up to date to avoid delivery issues.
- You can download the certificate either from the email attachment or via a link provided in the email message.
Tip: If you don’t see the email in your inbox, check your spam or junk folder.
Additionally, your certificate will remain available in your EPICompliance Customer Console, where you can access and download it at any time.
