This guide shows you how to reactivate a User who was previously archived from an Account/License.
Audience: Account Owners, Admins, and Managers with user-management permissions Location: Users page → https://console.epicompliance.com/users
Follow these five simple steps to restore access for a user.

1. Go to Users |
Navigate to the Users management page: https://console.epicompliance.com/users |
This is where you manage all user accounts. |
2. Show All Licenses |
In the top-right corner, find the Licenses dropdown menu and select All Licenses. |
This ensures that you can see the archived user, regardless of the License they were on. |
3. Find the User |
Click the Archive tab, locate and select the user you want to reactivate. |
The Archive tab lists all users who are currently archived. |
4. Reinstate |
Click the More Actions button and select Reinstate User. Confirm the action. |
This brings the user out of the archive, but access to a License is still needed. |
5. Assign a License |
Check the license status on the user's profile. To check, look at the row for the License on the user's profile. The status (e.g., "Active," "Inactive") is shown all the way on the far right side of that same row. A. If the status shows "Active": You're done with this step! B. If the status shows "Inactive": Click Edit Assignment (or the ⋮ icon next to the status) and select the correct License. |
A license is what lets the user log in and use the platform.
The user needs an Active license to gain full access. |
6. Verify |
The user should now appear as Active on the main Users list. |
The user can now sign in normally. |
