At this time, EPICompliance’s task comment feature—used for documenting updates on compliance tasks—does not support tagging or mention functionality (such as using @username).
However, you can still reference a colleague by including their name or initials directly in the comment to draw their attention. While this won’t trigger a system notification, it can help signal who the note is intended for.
Example:
"John Smith, let’s revisit this after the Q2 audit."
Note: Comments on compliance tasks are visible to all users with access to the task, so use clear and professional language when referencing colleagues.
