Assigning a Licensee

The Licensee including all of its authorized Users are the only persons allowed to use the “Complete Compliance Suite” ("CCS") by subscription, as a resource in their compliance programs.  The Licensee in other terms is the main subscriber to the system, and is the one who has the authority in each respective organization or business to get into agreement that are set with the subscription and use of the EPICompliance CCS.  

It is necessary to assign a Licensee in order to be covered by the services provided through the Complete Compliance Suite system.  There are two ways to assign a Licensee.  Either one of these will suffice.  See below:

  1. From the "EPICompliance Customer Console Setup" as indicated on the “License Level Setup” tab - License “Profile.”  Fill the information as indicated in this tab.  After completion, click on the "Complete This Step" button. 

  2. From the EPICompliance Customer Console navigate to the “License Administration” section under the “Accounts” column. Click on the specific License.  Then click on the Edit icon to affix the changes. Fill the information as indicated on the screen.  After completion, click on the "Save" button.
